SIMPLEST WAY OF QUITTING SMOKING

Quitting Smoking is not that simple to do especially if the nicotine-one of the most addictive substances in cigarettes, is already functioning inside your body including your brain.
According to the research, nicotine is just addicting as heroine, cocaine and marijuana. The more nicotine you take the bigger the obsession is. Consequently the high risk of developing serious diseases even cancer has a big factor if not quitting smoking. The unsafe part is… the second-hand smoking is more hazardous as the first-hand smoking.
So if you really want to quit smoking try these simple but effective tips:
1. You have to set your mind that you are quitting. Try to have a short vacation just to concentrate to your plans and go with the journey of quitting smoking. Quitting Smoking cold turkey is possible when it is combined by the will power to do so.
2. Try to have new hobbies and keep yourself busy as this is the only way not to feel boredom and might be tempted to light up a cigarette again. This will help you also fight cravings easily.
3. Gaining weight after giving up cigarettes is possible to happen. That is why you need to exercise to strengthen body and mind. You can do jogging, playing badminton, volleyball, basketball or any sport that you wanted to do. The simplest way of neglecting to light up a cigarette if you are in the field and do exercising.
4. Eat a healthy diet. You need to take the right vitamins and minerals when quitting smoking to keep you healthy.
