The chance of having a heart attack decreased and having a certain type of cancer as well if you are gonna quit.

From 20 minutes of not smoking your body system changes rapidly… your blood pressure has already decreased. No matter how severe the addiction is… quitting smoking is not that hard if you want it to. It’s never too late to quit smoking.

Five Deadly Diseases that Smoking Leads to…

Everybody knows that smoking is really bad for the health. Millions of people died from smoking. These are the five deadly conditions that smoking leads to…
1. Heart Disease – various types of heart disorders such as aortic aneurysm (a bulging major blood vessel), myocardial degeneration (heart attact), and ischemic heart disease (lack of blood to an organ, such as the heart).
2. Lung Cancer – the most common cancer caused by smoking due to nicotine and everybody knows that.
3. Emphysema 0r Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) – a general term for diseases that are characterized by long-term or permanent narrowing of small airways (known as bronchi) connected to the lungs caused by stable inhaling of the toxic fumes of cigarettes. This makes breathing more difficult.
4. Pleurisy - A lung infection causing fever, coughing and difficulty in breathing.
5. Pneumonia - respiratory disease characterized by inflammation of the lung parenchyma (excluding the bronchi) with congestion caused by viruses or bacteria or irritants.
